Total Budget Amount does not represent the project year detail amounts.

Why is there a difference between project detail amount and total budget amount?

Total Budget Amount is the total of all project years in the project budget package for that project string, all hard amounts and all amounts summed by detail.

Use the Detail amount range arrows to display the needed budget year detail amounts on the project strings section.

• When using Project Budget Package Post ensure you correctly define the Post option:

  • Total package amounts will post the Total Budget Amount in Project Budget Package Entry

  • Package detail year only will post only defined detail year amounts in Project Budget Package Entry
