Description of Issue

We ran payroll and our advices were posted to TCM twice.

Cause

Payroll advices were printed twice. This can happen when a print job is processed more than once, such as when a print fails and needs to be reprocessed. Every time the job is processed a new set of forms are sent to TCM. 

Resolution

Duplicate TCM advice images will need to be deleted from TCM.
