Unpaid Business Licenses Print When Only Paid Licenses Should Print

Unpaid Business Licenses are selected and printed when only paid Licenses should select and print

Enterprise ERP version 2021.1+ introduced a new Business License setting which allows licenses without past due balances to print. 

Update the Unpaid balance type setting in the Business License Settings program to Any Unpaid:

1. Enterprise ERP > Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Setup > Business License Settings

2. Click Update

3. Navigate to the Unpaid balance type field

4. Select Any unpaid from the dropdown

5. Click Accept

The Unpaid threshold setting in the Business License Settings program may also be the reason unpaid licenses are printing, as licenses with unpaid amounts at or below the designated threshold can be printed.
