How to Create a New User Define Field for Services

Description of Issue

Users are unsure how to create a new User Define Field for services. 

Context

  • UBCIS

  • Utility Billing User-Defined Field

  • Services 

Cause

Instructional 

Resolution

Navigate to Property Revenues > Utility Billing > Setup > Utility Billing User-Defined Fields

  1. Click Add

  2. Enter in the Application ID of utsvcmnt for the Services program

  3. Enter in the next avalible Field number

  4. Enter in a Name for the field

  5. Choose a Type

  6. Enter in the Size

  7. Click Accept 

Users can now go into the Services program and the new User Define Field will be added into the list.
