Citizens receive the error Uh oh your browser is not supported by this application when attempting to launch Resident Access

• When attempting to launch Resident Access, some Citizens are receiving the error: Uh oh, your browser is not supported by this application. 
• Receiving the error Uh oh, your browser is not supported by this application. when attempting to access Resident Access with a Chrome Book.
• Web Browser is up-to-date, but still receive the error Uh oh, your browser is not supported by this application. when attempting to access Resident Access. 

• Accounts Receivable
• Resident Access
• Google Chrome 
• Chrome Book
• Firefox
• Edge
• Safari

The browser in use is out-of-date or there is an infrastructural issue that needs to be resolved. 

In the majority of cases, the most recent updates should be installed for the Web Browser and this error will clear. 

Development is currently researching fringe instances where the Web Browser is up-to-date but the error is still occurring.
