Description of Issue

The Motor Vehicle Delinquent Report shows credits on bills that were written off.

Cause

Development is currently researching the cause of this issue. 

Resolution

Development is currently working on a resolution to this issue.  The workaround until resolution is to verify the amounts on the Delinquent bills via Bill Inquiry.
