Tyler Cashiering Unable to generate the report with the current criteria

Description of Issue

All Tyler Cashiering reports are suddenly failing with the error: Unable to generate the report with the current criteria 

Cashiering logs show the following: 

Error executing *report name* report. Exception (System.Exception): There was no endpoint listening at https://FQDN.tylerhost.net/ReportServer/ReportExecution2005.asmx that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.

Cause

SQL Service Reporting Services is not running

Resolution

OnPrem Clients:

  1. Connect to database/SSRS server

  2. Open Services

  3. Scroll down to SQL Service Reporting Services

  4. Right click the service name > Start

  5. If the service didn't start after a server reboot, you can change the service's startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start)

    1. Right click service name > Properties

    2. In the Startup type drop down, select Automatic (Delayed Start)

    3. Click OK
