NHRS Report is including pay that should be excluded

Description of Issue

Pay type should not be included in the report but is generating in.

Cause

NHRS Deductions had been updated to remove the pay type from the Exceptions and should not have been.

Resolution
  1. Select Deduction and Benefit Master

  2. Search for Defined NHRS Deductions

  3. Select Exceptions

  4. Select Update or Add and enter the pay code that should be as and exception under Include All Pay Types Except

Additional Information

Pay tab on the Generate Screen is used to define pays as Comp Over Base Pay, or Extra Duty Pay.  Codes not defined here are reported as Base Pay, unless they are excluded from the NHRS deduction. Â
