Description of Issue

When approving PEA workflow via the Hub Approvals Card, the errors Wfpenxml title select error Process=PEA and [wfInkmod] Execute selectPEAInformation failed -631 are received and/or written to the System Log.

Cause

The necessary wfinboxx record in spfldval is missing. 

Resolution
