Print Statements Invoice Selection Displays Asterisks Instead of Number

• Can not tell how many Invoices are in my selection in Print Statements.
• Invoices selected field displays **** instead of a number.

• Print Statements (gbpstmts)

The field does not have the space needed to display the number of Invoices returned by selection criteria. The field can only display 4 digits, so if the selection exceeds 9999, it will show asterisks instead of a number. 

Narrow down the search criteria to reduce the number of Invoice records being targeted at once, and Print/Export the Statements in multiple smaller selections. 

How to Print General Billing Statements
