Salaried users not exporting to payroll

Description of Issue

Salaried users do not show in the payroll export even though they have salaried entries on their timecard from a salary policy.

Cause

Pass Salaried Entries to MTP was unselected in System Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Login to Time & Attendance with Admin access

  2. Click System Configuration

  3. Click Admin

  4. Scroll down to payroll processing

  5. Check Pass Salaried Entries to MTP

  6. Click Save

Re-download the payroll export and verify salaried users now show in the export.
