CSS Access Denied You Do Not Have Permission to View the requested Page

Citizen is trying to access UB in CSS, and are met with the message Access Denied - You do not have permission to view this page

CSS was updated to allow access to Utility Billing, but the permissions to access UB was not in the Default User Permissions.

1. Log into CSS as an Administrator.

2. Click User Administration.

3. Click the Filter results based on username, search by User ID or Email address in the Username field.

4. Click Edit on the user.

5. Click the Citizen hyperlink.

6. Under Citizen Access, click the Utility Billing checkbox for the module that the customer needs access to.

7. Click Update.
