How to Add, Delete, or Update a Lender Code with Tax Corrections
Need to update the lender code on a tax bill or tax propertyÂ

Lender code
Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Subsequent Billing and Corrections > Tax Corrections.
Click the Add button in the Ribbon menu to create a new Tax Correction record
The following fields are required
AR category (20 for Real Estate / 25 for Personal Property)
Year (Bill Tax Year)
Bill (Bill Number)
Reason (use the field help to bring up a list of available reasons)
The following fields are optional
Special conditionÂ
Start and End date for the Special condition
Resolution
Memo 1
Memo 2
Select your Posting options
Release/Abate entire bill (Inactivate)
Remove fees with abatement
Update current
Update working
Add to selective print
Click Accept.
Use the following options to make corrections to this bill.
Property to make changes to the parcel or personal property record.
Click the General tab
Click Update
Enter necessary information in the Lender, Lender acct. or Service Co fields
Click Accept when finished
Click the Back button in the Ribbon menu
Click GL Post and follow the prompts on-screen to complete the GL posting process
