Link to AP Refund Checks missing in Receipt Inquiry

After upgrading, the link to AP Refund Checks in Receipt Inquiry is missing on Refund Receipts created in prior versions. 

• Accounts Receivable
• Property Tax Billing 
• Version 2024.1+ 
• Refunds 
• Receipt Inquiry (arrecinq) 
• AP Checks
• AP Invoices

The reference on the Refund Receipt is no longer present. 

• It is recommended to first verify that the permissions are configured correctly to allow this link to be used. For more information on the permissions needed to utilize this functionality, please see: View AP Refund Checks in Receipt Inquiry
• If the permissions are correct, verify that the link is present on Refunds created after upgrading to version 2024.1+.
• Development is currently researching an issue where the AP Reference on the Refund Receipts are missing from Refund Receipts created in versions 2021.12 and below after upgrading to version 2024.1+. There is no known workaround at this time.
