CSS returning multiple IOException

• CSS is returning the error multiple IOException: Stream closed in response to requests from the payment processing service. 
• Paymentus reporting that their payment processing service requests are returning the error IOException: Stream closed. 

• Citizen Self Service (CSS)
• Accounts Receivable
• Paymentus

There is an issue with Paymentus' fully qualified domain name (FQDN).

• The 3rd party Paymentus should verify that their fully qualified domain name (FQDN) in use is correct and that traffic is not being blocked by a firewall. 
• The FQDN should match web address inbetween the https:// and /css in the proper postback URL. 
  • An example postback URL is: https://townofmunis.munisselfservice.com/css/PaymentConfirmation.ashx?svc=0&client=1
  • The proper FQDN for the above postback URL is: townofmunis.munisselfservice.com

This issue manifests itself in CSS and Enterprise ERP as payments that are missing Gateway Confirmation Numbers.
