Description of Issue

Receive an error when performing an improvement transaction on a CIP asset 

Asset must be activated via 'Post CIP' in New Assets prior to improvement

Cause

Asset was not in a CIP Posted status 

Resolution
  1. In New Assets, post the CIP asset 
    1. How to post a new CIP asset
  2. Once the asset is in a CIP posted status perform an improvement transaction in the Adjustments and Retirements program
