Description of Issue

SSRS shows a Something Went Wrong error when trying to edit or create a datasource

Context

  • EERP any version

  • Tyler Reporting Services

Cause

The Web Service URL and the Web Portal URL do not match.

Resolution

Please create a support ticket with EERP Reporting Services Support team to resolve this issue.
