Unable to access Tyler Reporting Services in AWS

Description of Issue

When clicking on the Tyler Reporting Services link, the following error appears: This site can't be reached

Context

Cause

The issue may be due to either the external IP not being whitelisted or the local firewall blocking the connection.

Resolution

Please review the Whitelisted IP document located in the SFTP folder.

If the document has not been completed, kindly fill it out and either return it to the Deployment Project Manager working on your migration.
Once you have confirmed that your IP address is whitelisted, please ensure that your firewall settings are configured to allow traffic to the specified URL.
