Description of Issue

Receive an Unexpected Error when filtering work orders by creation date and navigating to the next work order

F12 Network Debug shows an error on GetFilteredWorkOrderIds 

System log shows a message: The specified type member 'CreationDate' is not supported in LINQ to Entities. Only initializers, entity members, and entity navigation properties are supported.

Cause

Defect 

Resolution

Install MUN-492487 once it's been released

Workaround:

  • Refresh the page to clear the error 

  • Sort the work orders by number, activity, description, status, or asset
