• When there are outages known to be impacting connectivity to multiple servers, an update is posted to Community as soon as possible
  • To be notified of known outages, please subscribe to Hosting Services notifications: Subscribe to EERP Hosting Services Notifications
• For an individual server outage, Tyler will notify impacted sites via email
  • To have your email added for these notifications, please submit a case with the EERP TSM SaaS team via the Online Support Client Portal
• If your site is experiencing an outage and you have not yet been notified by either of these methods, please contact the EERP TSM SaaS team, or create a case via the Online Support Client Portal for further investigation
