Case Detail Attachments panel Error completing request

Description of Issue

When I open a case in My Cases, I see the on the Case Detail page the Attachments panel has an error message stating: Error completing request. How do I proceed?

The error Error completing request generally will automatically resolve after some time. If this error persists longer than several hours, please reach out to any support team and reference this article.
