Payroll Preview Tab is Missing Time Entries Time and Attendance

Description of Issue

Payroll preview tab is missing time entries. 

Context

  • Time & Attendance 

Cause

One reason this could be is due to the employee's time is not fully approved and they have a flag set to not export timecards that aren't fully approved.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Admin

  2. Select UI Environment FlagsPayroll Processing

  3. Navigate to Payroll Processing subheading → Only export records where Time Entry transaction status is Approved

  4. Uncheck the box

  5. Select Save
