How to view and associate Enterprise Permitting and Licensing Projects in EERP EAM Work Project

Context

  • Enterprise Permitting and Licensing (EP&L)

  • EAM

  • Work Project

Cause

Resolution

  1. Open EAM Work Project from the Tyler Menu Enterprise Asset Management > Work Project

  2. Open an existing Project by clicking on the Project Number.

  3. Click Community Development at the bottom of the left panel.

  4. Click Search Energov Projects.

  5. Select the EP&L project to associate and view.

  6. Plans and permits are now associated with the EAM Work Project and viewable from EERP.
