Turn Off Workflow Notification of Time Approval For Supervisor

Description of Issue

Supervisor no longer wants to receive notification for time approvals.

Cause

Resolution
  1. Login as the System Admin 

  2. Select System Admin→ Workflow Management

  3. Select Primary Approver Icon for the Workflow Step the employee is a part of

  4. Select the Pencil icon for the employee you want to disable notifications for 

  5. Uncheck the Notify box and select Save 

Additional Information

If this employee is a part of any other Workflow Step or is a Secondary approver for another Primary approver you will need to also uncheck the Notification box under those steps as well.
