Change the Book and Page of a Title

The book/page of a title needs to be changed. 

• Property Tax Billing

• Titles (ttlienmt)

The book/page is incorrect or needs to be updated. 

1. Navigate to the Titles program either by searching or using the following path: Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > Northeast > Massachusetts > Tax Title Processing/Reports > Titles

2. Click Search.

3. Enter the Year and Title or Parcel.

4. Click Accept.

5. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to navigate to the correct record if multiple records return.

6. Click Update.

7. Enter the desired Deed book/page.

8. Click Accept.
