Should Project Year End Close be run prior to General Ledger Close Year process

Resolution

The project year end close can be run at any time. This process should be completed in a non production environment prior to processing in live.

Additional Information
  • Project year end close is only run for yearly projects
  • While the Project Year End Close process can be run at any time, Project Settings will determine how amounts roll forward. BUA and encumbrance amounts should be finalized for the projects being closed prior to the close process.
