EPL Invoice Numbers and Permit Numbers truncated in EERP

After upgrading to a version beyond 2019.1, invoice numbers and permit numbers from EPL are being truncated in EERP. 

• Enterprise Permits and Licensing (EPL)

• Enterprise Enterprise Resource Planning (EERP)

• Invoice Numbers

• Permit Numbers 

• Payment Entry (arbilinq)

Program changes have limited the invoice number in EERP to 10 characters and the permit number in EERP to 12 characters. 

Development is reviewing the issue. 

For the time being, limit the invoice numbers in EPL to less than 10 characters and the permit numbers in EPL to less than 12 characters if possible to avoid this issue.
