Posted Abatement Report missing Owner Names

Description of Issue

When I generate a Posted Abatement Report, no matter the Print Sequence, no Owner Names appear.

As a workaround a similar report can be generated from Adjustment Inquiry: Generate a Report from Adjustment Inquiry
