User output posted the EEO-4 report, but it returned blank.

User selected to Output post the EEO-4 report before selecting to Generate. 

1. Navigate to EEO-4 Report

   1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > EEO Reporting > EEO-4 Report

2. Click Define to define the criteria fields 

   1. e.g. Report Period, Survey Year

3. Click Accept

4. Click Generate

5. Click Output

6. Select Reporting Option from the dropdown

7. Click Accept
