Description of Issue

Users receiving an error with certain items when using Shop Online eProcurement on Amazon when adding certain items to the cart: Error calling in_context.httpServiceRequest.readFormEncodedRequest().

This is a Munis EERP defected being investigated via MUN-477499

Resolution

  • Please download MUN-477499 from Tyler Deploy when available

  • Until then, certain items added to the amazon cart may produce this error
