Description of Issue

Single user is receiving an error when working on work orders within the Field Sheet application

  • Error displayed in Field Sheet Application:
    • Error retrieving photo data Server returned: <Exception Type="InvalidOperation" Message="retrieveDocXML (1418) Error returned from web service: HTTP Error 401 ()"
  • Errors found in System Logs:
    • Error calling Attachments.RetrieveDocumentXML
    • TCMWSHelper: TCM Error: HTTP Error 401 () - from call to: sptcmdoc.tcmdoc_getDocuments

Cause

TylerCM permissions were not synced between User Attributes and Content Manager
