Project Accounting Cube does not pull in project strings when there are no transactions posted to the string

User can see the project string in Project Inquiry but the string does not display in the Project Accounting Cube report

User has Full data access for Project Accounting and Reporting Views Access

Project string does not have any transactions posted, work ticket MUN-477857 has been opened with development

Load work ticket MUN-477857 once it has been completed by development

Strings with transactions will pull into cube.
