Description of Issue

The previous Commissioner has retired, or the name is incorrect and needs to be updated to appear correctly on Tax bills

Context

  • EERP/Munis

  • Property Taxes

Cause

The previous Commissioner has retired, or the name is spelled incorrectly

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > State > Setup > Tax Settings > Additional Settings button in the Ribbon menu

  2. Click Update

  3. Enter the correct name in the Commissioner of revenue field

  4. Click Accept
