Print Payroll Advices-Error Archiving or Emailing document

Description of Issue

After printing Payroll Advices, process stops and error pops up:

Error archiving document

Error emailing document

Context

Cause

Resolution
  1. Go to Payroll Print Advices.

  2. Click Yes to correct payroll prompt.

  3. Click Delete button 

  4. Prompt will appear: Delete advices from current payroll? Click Yes.

  5. Click Change and update Starting Advice number to correct value.

  6. Click Print Checks/Advices.

  7. Select ReadyForms and Delivery Definition and click OK.

Additional Information

If deleting the Advices and printing again does not resolve the issue, please reach out to Payroll Support.
