Print Tax Bills Statements only selecting zero dollar bills
Description of Issue
When running Print Tax Bills/Statements with an Unpaid balance range from -$99,999,999.99 to $99,999,999.99, only bills for $0 are being selected.

Cause
This issue could have many possible causes. Know causes include:
- The user running the Print Tax Bills/Statements program has a Max bill print amount set in their user's permissions.
Resolution
- Ask a System Administrator to navigate to: System Administration > Security > User Attributes
- Click Search.
- Enter the User ID or Name of the user whose permissions need to be adjusted.
- Click Accept.
- If multiple users return, use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to locate the correct user.
- Click the Effective Permissions tab.
- Click the filter button on the left underneath Filter active set.
- Choose Revenue Systems from the Product dropdown.
- Choose Tax from the Module dropdown.
- Click Go.
- Scroll down through the filtered set until the Max bill print amount permission is found.
- If there is a numeric value, the user can only print a bill file that totals that amount. If there is no numeric value, then the value will read Disabled/no limit.
- Click the Max bill print amount permission so that it becomes highlighted.
- Click View Detail.
- The Role Permission Summary window will open and identify which Role(s) are granting the permission.
- Click the Role that should be updated so that it becomes highlighted.
- Click Edit Role.
- Click Update.
- Set the Max bill print amount field to the desired amount or leave it blank for no limit.
- Click Accept.
- Ask the user to log out and log back in and then attempt to print using the Print Tax Bills/Statements program again. All bills within the defined criteria should select.
