Description of Issue

TCM attachments are downloading as .tiff files instead of .pdf.

Forms downloading at TIFF instead of PDF.

Context

Cause

There are settings within the Content Manager Full Client to designate the Forms file type conversion from PDF to TIFF.

Resolution

Open the TCM full client and log into the application as admin (TCM)
1. How to Access and Launch the CM Full Client
Click Admin
Select System Setup
Expand IDoc Documents using the arrow to open the menu
Select Imaging
Uncheck the box titled Enable Conversion From PDF Documents to TIFF Images
Click Apply
Click OK
