A lot of open batches or server is slow
Resolution
Navigate to Property Revenues > Business Licenses > Business Account >Tax Receipt Entry
Click on Tax button
Click Add
Enter the Gross receipt and tab through.
If the receipts locked and you are unable to proceed close out on the module tab out and re-enter information.
