How do you update your web service password?

System Administration 

Cause

Informational

Resolution

  1. Log into each applicable environment and from the menu, navigate to System Administration > Security > Passwords

  2. Click Search

  3. Type the username in the User ID field

  4. Verify that the Account type is Web Service Password 

  5. Click Change Password

  6. Enter new password and click OK
