Web Service Account Missing from Private Web Services

Error encountered while performing item search in external system Munis. Exception (System.Exception): MUERROR: WS User Authentication Failed.

You are trying to verify that the XXXXweb or wsuser account has all of the permissions in Private Web Services but the account is not listed under Private Services

1. Open System Administration > Security > Passwords

2. Click Browse

   1. Verify that the XXXXweb account is not listed

   2. Click Accept

3. Click Add

   1. Type Web account username, XXXXweb

   2. Select Account Type Web Service Password

   3. Select Account Status, Enabled

   4. Type in Password for XXXXweb from Devolutions

   5. Click Accept

4. Go to System Administration > General Administration > Web Services 

   1. Select Private Services

   2. Select user ID XXXXweb

   3. Click Access

   4. Click All to add all web services to that account

   5. Click Accept
