How does EERP calculate the unemployment wage amount?

Resolution

Calculated as follows:

  1. Sum the Gross amounts for Pay records in Employee Accumulators with the reporting Quarter/Year, excluding amounts from Pay codes defined as “Excluded” on the Generate screen

  2. Subtract the sum of Employee Amounts for Deduction codes in Employee Accumulators with the reporting Quarter/Year, that are defined as “Excluded” on the Generate define screen

  3. Add the sum of Employer Amounts for Deduction codes in Employee Accumulators with the reporting Quarter/Year, that are defined as “Included” on the Generate define screen
