Cause
Clients often want to know the timeframe for the in-place engagements.
Resolution
Test Upgrade
These engagements are scheduled for two days to ensure enough time to test the new version before handing it back over to the client and resolve any hurdles such as DIA Conditions and Alters.
Prod and Train Upgrade
These engagements are scheduled for one day per enviromment. However an additional day may be added if the alter from the Test Upgrade took longer than anticipated. Downtime would only be on the day(s) Prod is upgraded not the entire engagement.
