Error running sql - update Projects set ObligationDate

User is trying to click Process Approved on the Project Changesets screen and receives the following error:

Error running sql: update Projects set ObligationDate = ? where Id = '   XXX' -2262 -6372

Additional information concerning a status error of -6372:

The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range value.

• Project Master

The date defined on the New Value for Project - Obligation Date within one of the Approved changesets on the project is invalid.

User will need to delete the changeset where the date has been entered incorrectly

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Projects/Inquiry > Project Master

1. Click the orange folder icon next to Change Set

2. Use the arrow buttons to navigate between changeset records

   1. User should be looking in the Fields section, reviewing the date entered in the New Value column for Project - Obligation Date

3. Once the problematic changeset has been identified, Delete the changeset

4. Re-enter the changes needed on the project and release the changes to workflow

Clicking Process Approved on the Project Changesets screen processes the changes for all Approved changesets, not just the changeset that the user is viewing.
