Resolution

User will need to delete the changeset where the date has been entered incorrectly

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Project Accounting > Project Ledger > Projects/Inquiry > Project Master

Click the orange folder icon next to Change Set
Use the arrow buttons to navigate between changeset records
1. User should be looking in the Fields section, reviewing the date entered in the New Value column for Project - Obligation Date
Once the problematic changeset has been identified, Delete the changeset
Re-enter the changes needed on the project and release the changes to workflow
