Resolution

Munis consumption reports available are located under Property Revenues > Inquiries and Reports > Consumption Inquiries/Reports 


The Consumption Analysis Report is the only one that breaks down usage by Rate Step Detail (Tier). For the purpose of getting a report of usage by tier the Selection Criteria (Charge Code/Rate Code/Effective date) are used to determine which type of consumption you want the report for and the Report Options allow you to define by District/Type/Dates. The Unit of Measure and Rate Step Detail portions are not necessary when looking for a report of usage by tier only as they are only for when using the Analysis report to compare old rates and new rates. There is no report in Munis that will provide a tier breakdown by account, instead Utility Billing Cubes or a custom report from our Reporting Services team would be needed.
