User Cannot Access Payroll Control Settings

User unable to access Payroll Control Settings

User does not have correct menu access.

Security Access for Payroll:

1. Go to System Administration>Security>Roles.

2. Search for the user Role and click Accept. 

3. Select the Menu Security Tab.

4. Select Edit.

5. Select the menu header you wish to edit. The Caption field corresponds to the menu header in the Munis menu. 

6. Use the Back and Forward options to navigate to Munis programs within each menu header.

7. Add or remove checkmarks in the Access column to grant or remove access to Munis programs. 

8. Select Accept from the Ribbon to save changes.

9. End user will need to log out and back into Munis to see changes.
