Cause

Resolution

Email notifications are sent to citizens when a scheduled payment fails. The email contains the payment processing date, confirmation number, payment amount, and bill, parcel, or account number as applicable. A reason for payment failure is not included in the email. Review Transaction History in Payments Administration to get more information on why the payment failed.
