Why is a user able to search for all posted journals in Journal Inquiry Print

End user is able to pull all journals in Journal Inquiry/Print program regardless of not having General Ledger permission to View others' journal entries or Update others' journal entries

In order to access and use this program end user only needs menu access and General Ledger permission to Search for posted journals, the General Ledger permission to View others' journal entries or Update others' journal entries do not apply to this program
