EERP and ESS LDAP for SaaS clients

Client would like to setup LDAP connections to their AD for mass importing new EERP users and for ESS authentication.

The need for LDAP sync comes up for mass user migrations from the sites AD to EERP and also for ESS users to use their own Windows AD account to authenticate to their self-service website. 

For SaaS clients, LDAP sync is ONLY a possibility if the site has an onsite Cisco ASA VPN that we can NAT to the IP a Domain Controller on their network. Most clients that are installed as Less VPN or in AWS will not have a hardware ASA device. Please reach out to SaaS support to discuss options if no ASA device is available.
