Accounting Entries- Add Line option not available

• When going into Budget Amendment/Transfer in Accounting Entries, the Add Line button is not working like usual- clicking on it does not start a new line.

• Add Line is gray in Accounting Entries.

• Unable to select Add Line in Accounting Entries

Short Description field is required and was blank or possibly another required field was blank.

• Short Description field is required and was blank, or possibly another required field was blank.

• Make sure all required journal header fields, which show *, are filled in.
