Description of Issue

Users can't adjust the price in invoice adjustments to be negative



Context

Cause

Users can't adjust the price in invoice adjustments to be negative



Resolution

If an adjustment includes just one line item and that line is positive, you cannot change it to a credit. However, if a one-line adjustment is negative, you can change that line to a positive. There is no entry to discount amount if the line is a credit.
