  • Error calling LicenseHelper.getLicense().

  • Munis license file not found.

Missing or invalid Munis license

Resolution

Please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.

Additional Information

To confirm license validity go to System Administration > General Administration > Diagnostic Utility and Run-time Information then click the Applications tab
